Can someone just describe how kegels are done?

Or show me a link with video or something

The PC is a group of muscles at the base of the penis, thus the penis should move (or “jump”) when the muscle is engaged. It takes practice but keep trying and you’ll find it. Also focus on your breathing so you don’t tighten up your stomach and keep air in the ribcage - it should be a free-flowing, controllable exercise once you get the hang of it.

So KEGELS is a hand free exercise?

Just doing that muscle thing?

Yes. If you do too many you’ll exhaust the BC muscle. Remember that, its a muscle, you don’t go to the gym and do 500 bicep curls do you?

You can do more kegels, but only when you’ve built up towards it. Like you have to build up to bench pressing 325lbs, you can’t start at 325lbs.

No, you should not do that. Doing it while you’re peeing is just an easy way to locate the muscle. But I don’t think it’s too good to tense your BC with a full bladder on a regular basis. If the pee stops, then you’ve located the muscle.

I have noticed some changes in my BC or my ability to locate them.

How did I notice if I am contracting BC or not?
Well normally I feel a contraction of the BC up to a certain point why further

MY PE routine was very much what this forum specifies as newbies routine
Until the point that I found I did not have the motivation or maybe penis
Stamina to do good jelqing after doing stretches because the old boy
To get tired and unmotivated. So as a modification I do 3 stretches. First
At comfortable length for 30sec then second for one min at 60% stretch
Then stretch 95% for 3 min. I then do jelqing at 85 to 90% erection
(Because at lower percentages I neither so nor feel the girth grow). I
Return to stretches at 3 min almost full stretch. I do most kegels on the
Road and I can do up to 500 very easy in an almost “reflex action mode”.
I HOPE ALL THIS INFORMATION WILL HELP ME IN GETTING A GOOD IN DEPT HELP AS I HAVE STOPPED BC TRAINING UNTIL I AM SURE I AM DOING IT RIGHT(isolate the BC completely).

So bottom line is if your can make your penis “dance” your doing a kegel exercise?

Think of it more as a warm-up to the real kegel exercises, tazster. :)
