Kegels help get back my morning wood

Very scary guys,

I never did P.E that intensely, but I’ve losted my morning wood for a VERY long time.

I’ve stopped immediately after noticing this, and I’ve waited for it to come back. Over 2 months, I’ve never got morning wood (as I can remember) or a random hard erection.

I’ve never done kegels before.. Will it help me get back my erection statues. I am 18 by the way.

My pre P.E routine (paused)

5 mins warm up
15 mins jelq
10-30 stretching (through out the day)

^ Not very intense but was more then I can handle I guess.

Will kegels return my statues so I can start P.E again slowly?

It may just be when you’re waking up in your sleep cycle. If you’re not waking from REM sleep, that may explain why you’re not waking to wood. Try going to bed earlier or sleeping a bit later. It may also be from other stress being experienced, not just the physical stress of PE.

This is all totally correct and your loss of morning wood might not be PE related at all. When you were doing PE did you get any physical signs you were going overboard like red spots from jelqing or stretching too hard? If not, you can probably start up PE again and also include kegels.
