When you are edging and about to cum which do you do a kegel or a reverse kegel and what are the results received from each?

I recently started edging with reverse kegels I seem to go about 10-15 mins but I have to stop after I reverse kegel and I’ll orgasm immediately once I restart. I’ve noticed some progress after I cum I don’t use my erection which in a way is encouraging.

Previously I would try to do kegels I almost held back the orgasm but I find it very difficult to focus on clenching the BC while inside a warm pussy so I always cum. I can clench for 10 seconds normally no problem but I expect my BC needs a lot more work I’ve only been at it like a month.

So I realize I am replying to an old post, but I thought this might help. If you experience headaches from non-ejaculatory orgasms, try touching your tongue to the roof of your mouth while having sex/ masturbating. I know it sounds completely stupid and unrelated, but it supposedly closes a circuit of energy (qi) in your body. It is taught as the first thing to do when practices qi gong, which believe it or not you are doing if using tantric sex methods to stave ejaculations.
What probably happens when you have a non-ejac orgasm and get a headache, at least in terms of chinese medicine, is a short circuited rush of qi to your head.

Wait! I don’t really understand! So you KEGELS when normally and do REVERSE KEGELS during masterbation/sex/edging and then KEGEL right b4 the point of no return??

In my experience, the problem lies in doing ‘quick’ kegels. In the beginning I practiced with very quick kegels with a short period of holding the muscle. This lead me to kegel involuntarily during sex and masturbation as well. You should always hold the kegel long enough to really feel it. I think the hardest part is isolating the BC and then holding it really strongly.

Kegels are not bad, by themselves. Kegel exercises make the BC muscle strong enough to stave off ejaculation at the PONR.

Sometimes I will kegel like crazy to get to the PONR faster, back off, balloon, and kegel to stop ejaculation if I get too stimulated.

You must control the muscle and the stimulation. (eg. If you are with your girl and feel like you are going to blow, I don’t know of anyone who can slam away, and not ejaculate. However, if you get close to PONR during sex, and slow way down and or stop and do something else, you can last indefinitely)

I think it is a fallacy to believe that people have some magical control of the instinct to cum, and keep going and hold it back. I can mmo, and have really good control of the bc. If I really try hard, I can actually stop an ejaculation from happening AFTER the PONR, but so what.

The BC muscle control exercises, (kegels), are, IMHO, there to teach you how to be in control of you. At some point, nature will take over. In my experience, and as long as you don’t shoot in 2 minutes, women will be more pissed if you don’t cum at all than if you cum after 10 or 15 minutes of pleasure. (keep in mind, it turns MOST women on, to know that THEY made you cum)

I’m not even sure, do most people kegel while penetrating? Doesn’t that both feel good and make your girth larger?
