Just do 20-30 2 -3 sec ones every other day.
What’s the downside of “overdoing” kegels? Any personal experience you want to share?
I just had accustomed myself a few days ago to doing 50 kegels as what the newbie routine specifies. Shall I just limit it then to 30 kegels per PE session?
