I read in one of the forums, from a senior member, that doing too many kegels will make you ejaculate faster. But later you will “get over this hurdle”. I searched a bit in the search area but I couldn’t find much. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this and how much kegels is “too much”. Thank you
In fact, a strong PC muscle is not all.
If you overwork it before sex, your muscle is tired and it can lead to faster ejaculation.
If it is not the case, you still have to learn how to use it. There are techniques to use it. Only strenghten it won’t work.

Yes there is truth to it.
Too many kegels will tire the BC muscle, and lead to faster ejaculation. This is not permanent. As for "how many is too much", that is very much a personal thing, and varies from person to person.
