I dunno but for some reasons I can’t figure out how to kegel properly,just can’t imagine it,can anyone help me please .thanks

Start to take a piss. Cut off the stream of urine by contracting your muscle. You do that every day.

The contracting part is a like a kegel.

So now, don’t take a piss. Just contract the same muscle for however many reps you have decided to start with.

Does it help with either girth or length or just quality of erections and premature ejaculation issues?

It helps your penis, period. It will probably help you most with EQ (Erection Quality) at first, but later on, when your penis is conditioned, you can combine it with stretches and jelqs and whatnot. Just do it, you know, it’s one of the basics of PE, and it’s the easiest one to do as well. The technique is really simple once you do it the first couple of times, and you can probably do it for hours on end without causing damage to your penis.

I also heard that Kegels are good to gain girth. Some guys state that they had girth gains doing it. Anyway, the EQ really increases. My erections are better and my penis veins get very salient!

I do 300 a each day, plus the 50 five sec kegels at the end of the Newbie routine. If I gain girth from kegels, better!!

YOU CAN ACUTALLY CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR PENIS BY DOING TOO MANY KEGELS?

I do about 500 clenches a night, but I can’t hold them in hardly at all unless I’m tugging on my penis while flacid and pullin upward

Any suggestions?
