People always talk about how they kegel to clamp down on their ejaculations. For me, a kegel just makes the process of ejaculation even faster. Maybe my muscle isn’t strong enough yet, because people always advise to do this but I never know why. Reverse kegels are pointless for me, because I can still contract as I try to piss myself. Maybe if I get a stronger muscle, I would be able to stop the contractions, but I’m just not sure of anything right now.
Also, should I do a day on, day off routine of kegels? I’m under the impression that everyday is a bad idea.
