kegels and size
I’ve sort of taken a short break off of doing any PE for the passed week and a half or so. The only thing that I make sure to do every day are kegels. They say that kegels do not increase size at all but over this passed week I have found that my flaccid hang has been pretty consistant in its bigger, fuller hang. Has anyone else experienced this at all? Are we completely sure kegels don’t help with size, even if its only flaccid hang?
