Kegels and anus/stomach tensing
Does anyone really manage to avoid tensing the anus while doing kegels? I can never quite seem to avoid tensing the anus muscles, the tensing is still there to some degree. Also, if I want to do a really hard kegel, it seems I also tense my stomach muscles. Seems easier to do powerful contractions this way.
Anyone here manage to completely isolate the kegel muscle and contract it real hard without using the muscles in the anus or stomach? If so, did it take a lot of work?
