I have PE’ed for some time but am just now getting into kegels. When I started attempting them, I seemed to have gotten immediate results but since then, my results have been spotty.
I’ve tried a few different routines, but I keep running into the same issue. I’ll kegel one day and then sometimes in the same day or sometimes the next day I’ll notice that my erection is strong and feels girthy. However, a couple days later I’m back to the same state that I was in. Another very obvious sign is how often I feel the need to go to the bathroom. On the days when my erection feels strong, I hardly ever need to go but on the days that it is weak, I need to go a lot. I’ve been kegeling for about 6 weeks and I would think that I should have gotten some better results by now. Has anyone had this problem?
