Kegeling on day off

If I take a day off completely, no stretching or jelqing, then can I still kegel?

Nothing says you can’t. Hell, I kegel at work.

I Kegel every time I get a chance, in class, during work, watching TV…. just whenever I think about it

I haven’t read anything about exercising Kegels yet..

Why do you think that doing it every day is the best way? If it is an ordinary muscle, I won’t recommend doing it every day..
I just don’t understand :D

It helps achieving harder erections and prolonged lasting in bed.

You do’t have to do it every day the main purpose of the execise is to streghten the pelvic floor muscles and all related muscles including the PC

reduce Incontinence in women and men is the main objective of the exercise but it has its benefits on erection and stamina

Doing this exercise when not needed can be counter productive to the ponit of causing an athropy. So horses for courses

I kegel during my PE workout, but I save the bulk of my kegels for off days (1 on 1 off.) I take a less is more approach and like to separate and leave rest between workouts.
