Anyway, I just wanted to know what everyone thinks about kegeling mid-stretch. Is this recommended? Is there anybody who has made good gains while doing this? Can it damage my penis?
I’ve been on the newbie routine for about 2 and a half weeks and have made no gains yet, but my EQ is a lot better thanks to all the Kegel exercises I’ve been doing. My girlfriend even made a comment, “Wow, you’re really hard.like rock hard.” I’ve been stretching without simultaneously kegeling because I didn’t know if doing such a thing would somehow damage my penis. So what is the story?
What, if any, are the pros and cons of doing this?
