Yeah I ran the search and came up with endless results but.. I still have a question.

Should I do kegels while erect or flaccid? I read some places that say that and some that say the other so I guess I’m confused.
If I do them erect I can actually see it working but when soft I still feel something though I don’t see any movement.
And last thing while I’m at it, should I feel my butt crunching while doing it or does that mean I’m doing it wrong, cause when I stop urinating in mid flow I don’t feel it, but I can’t seem to get the same effect unless I’m actually urinating.

Doesn’t matter, don’t flex your ass though, flex your BC muscle. Try to seperate them if you can, if you can’t it doesn’t really matter as long as you’re still flexing your BC muscle. But really, it doesn’t matter if you’re doing it flaccid or erect, naturally erect would be better because it’s hookin’ up some flaccid gains (super minor) but it really doesn’t matter.

It doesnt matter, as long as you are flexing the BC muscle, you’re doing a kegel.

No, your butt shouldnt “crunch”. It may take you a while to isolate the BC muscle, some find it easier than others.

I suggest flaccid because you can do them anytime, but it doesn’t matter

Thanks, I guess flaccid is easier to do since I can do that everywhere, but not crunching my butt seems harder then I thought, I feel like the muscles are connected. Probably gonna happen during time I hope.

By “ass” do you mean the area between your rectum and your testicles, because I can flex that area too. I would imagine it’s where my prostate is.

I was pretty sure that the area between your testicles and rectum are supposed to clench when doing kegels.
