Kegeling and Premature Ejaculation

I have been experiencing premature ejaculation ever since I started kegels about a month ago. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal? And how long will it be before I will actually be able to control my ejaculations. I’m currently doing about 300 kegels a day. Should I do more?

I’m still a little new to the whole concept, but this is how I see it…

Kegeling, as I noticed, is actually what brings about orgasm. You have a series of muscle contractions and then you orgasm- I didn’t realize until after starting kegeling that it was the contraction of THAT muscle that seems to carry my orgasm. So since you made that muscle stronger, it probably is more efficient at the whole thing. Sorry about the horrible description there.

Another way to illustrate it is the fact that since I started kegeling, I can now orgasm without even a stroke, I just gotta flex really hard, and hold it for the right amount of time.

Many people here would probably suggest working on either learning to kegel really hard once your past the point of no return, or to do the exact opposite and do a reverse kegel. All you have to do for that is force your muscle in the opposite direction. Hope that helps some.

Since I started PE kegels have been a part of my exercise regime and my orgasms are much mor intence and longer than before but as for premature ejaculation it is sometimes a problem for me but I’ve included masturbation into my exercise but only at the end of the session to try and keep in the PONR(point of no return)longer and thus fix the problem of premature ejaculation.Most members say mastubation is a no-no while exercising and to leave it at least two hours after this is my own personal veiw it wont work for all people as we are all individual in some people masurbation during PE can cause them to have problems sustaining any degree of erections during PE this is not a problem to me as long as I do it after my routine.
