I’m still a little new to the whole concept, but this is how I see it…
Kegeling, as I noticed, is actually what brings about orgasm. You have a series of muscle contractions and then you orgasm- I didn’t realize until after starting kegeling that it was the contraction of THAT muscle that seems to carry my orgasm. So since you made that muscle stronger, it probably is more efficient at the whole thing. Sorry about the horrible description there.
Another way to illustrate it is the fact that since I started kegeling, I can now orgasm without even a stroke, I just gotta flex really hard, and hold it for the right amount of time.
Many people here would probably suggest working on either learning to kegel really hard once your past the point of no return, or to do the exact opposite and do a reverse kegel. All you have to do for that is force your muscle in the opposite direction. Hope that helps some.
