Hello,I’m new here and want to grow,,^^

I start to do the Newbie Routine but I don’t understand one thing..

How to do kegel?

And how to locate the BC?

I’m sure you have at some point in your life had to “hold it in” cause you gotta pee soo bad. When you’re holding back the weewee ( bad choice of word) you’re flexing your PC (pubococcygeus) muscle. That’s the one you wanna flex during your exercises.

I’m not sure if doing this with an erect penis is better since your penis will then add some weight to it but either way, that’s the one.

Two ways I know to find it start urinating and then make the stream stop that is your muscle. The other way is to get an erection then make your penis bounce that is also the muscle you are looking for. Hope this helps.

I’ve read it twice in the last few days. I still don’t have it completely. I think it is better to be presented with the truth, so that one can strive to understand it, than to be given a convenient lie and believe you have the truth.

Kegels are exercises for the region known as the perineum, which is synominous with the concept of the pelvic floor. The region is not made up of one muscle, and hence the debate.

Yeah don’t get me wrong, there’s good information there to read later on, it just might be too much for a newbie who just wants to get started first.

I think you are right, most websites discussing kegels get it wrong. It takes a while to get the feeling for some, but others will get it straight away, even a noob. Depends upon the type of exercise done in the past.

This actually confused me too. I have found two ways to flex my penis, one is what I believe to be the standard kegel, the kind you’d use to test LOT theory, but the other seems to run closer to the top of my penis, I’m not sure what muscle it might be because honestly all the penis anatomy charts confuse the crap out of me. I tend to do the one I believe to be standard because honestly it is simply a lot easier, but if I’m incorrect I will gladly restart my kegels routine so I may do it properly.
