Kegel workouts
Okay, I recently decided to do kegels more often I set my mobile phone to sound an alarm 5 times a day, and if I can I do kegels all five times if not I do as much as I can
Here is the routine
2 x 45 second kegel
3 x 30 sec kgl
6 x 15 sec
6 x 10 sec
30-50 x 1 sec kegels
I do this under 8 min - 10 mins
When I have no time I do only 2x45,6x15,20x1sec under 5 mins
Before I started doing this I couldn’t even feel I was doing kegels, now ,after a week, when I do kegels I feel them like they are so heavy and strong
I do them 9 am, 11 am, 4 pm, 8 pm and after PE session I do 20x10sec and 50x1sec
(Of course I don’t manage to do them every time but 2-3 times a day I sure can)
