Kegel while stretching

I’ve been using a wooden rod to bend my dick over while I stretch.would you guys recommend kegeling during the stretch? Or could that be harmful.

I don’t see how it would help. Your hand would be pulling in one direction and the BC muscle is trying to pull against it. Counterproductive IMO.

A website I paid for before I joined Thunders recommended this. I think the idea is to stretch various parts of the penis (i.e. tunica) as opposed to the ligs IMO. I dunno.
