Kegel Routine, advise please
Hey there, I am 23, in the last two years I have had problems maintaining a hard erection. Probably due to the fact this is when I started smoking.
Have read that doing kegels increase erection power and stamina.
I have been performing this routine for the last three days and find it quite easy to maintain, please let me know if I will notice improvements with this routine and when and what results I should expect. And any changes now, or further down the line I should make. Thanks in advance
