I read that most guys get a hard on just by doing kegels. Kegels make me lose my hard on. Is there any one else that has noticed this? I have been doing about 100 to 150 a night when I remember to do them. I kegel any time I remember to do them. So what do you guys think? Is this a sign of over working the unit?

I run into a similar thing while doing kegels. At first, kegeling seems to pump extra blood into my penis and make it harder but after a while I’ll start to go flaccid. Personally, I think this is just because the muscle isn’t developed enough yet and I’m wearing it out. I include kegels in my PE routine, but I make sure I give myself enough rest time to ensure that I’m not over-training. Just like any other muscular exercise, quality is more important than quantity!

When you very many kegels as an exercise, you are going to fatigue the muscle and therefore lose your erection. This is for strengthening the BC muscle, but not for maintaining an erection.

When you already have an erection and just do a couple of strong kegels, your erection will get pumped up harder and larger. This is how you use your now strengthened BC to have an extra large erection.

So don’t mix exercise with sex. :)

Kegals are supposed to be done at a flacid state, not when you have a hard on. If you choose to do it when erect as you found out it would last long. It’s intended to be done while none erect. It’s more convenient that way any how. I do it around my desk at work all the time. And when I do get erect it’s Massive HARD! This is because I’ve been doing it for some time now. Keep in mind that when you kegel you are working a a muscle and with all muscle to develop you need a time for it to rest. So try doing a one day on one day off routine. Then experiment with a routine you can stick to. A rest day is required to for the muscle to heal.

I can actually induce a hard-on with kegels with no erotic stimuli at all. And when I’m erect, kegels only make my erection bigger and harder.

When PEing, I do kegel enhanced jelqs, which I find are a lot more effective and also work for that BC muscle training ;)

Oh, I forgot to add that I started training my BC muscle way before I knew about PEing, because I learned that it was excellent for ejaculation control. I used to go for hours during classes doing kegels. I think now I probably have a very decent BC muscle, because I can hold it tight for a bunch of minutes before getting it fatigued.

I kegel in a flaccid state, once a day. I’ve got the next routine:
-For 10 seconds long fast squeezes, then 10 seconds rest. I do this 3 times.
-Squeezes in 5 seconds and let go in 5 seconds, with 5 seconds rest in between. I do this 10 times.
-30 second squeezes. I do this 3 times.
-Finally I do 10 second long fast squeezes, with 10 seconds rest again. 3 times.

I do this routine every day, and it works. You make your muscle stronger, but don’t overwork it. I ejaculate much further and have much more control over it.

That’s not a very extensive workout, Bended (From what I’ve seen). But I’m looking for a different routine and I do think I overwork my PC muscle. I’m definitely going to give yours a shot! Thanks for the information.

Kegels has made wonder full things for me, like last I lot more in sex (usually I wait when my GF it’s all over the floor) very very strong erections, and I am almost blocking my sperm with only my PC muscle, but I think that the first thing you must do, it’s grab a routine and stick with her. My routine of kegel it’s very intense, day on day off, I hold my PC muscle for 2 min, and release, and repeat this five times.
