Morning bros (its morning here anyway)

I’ll get straight to my question. I’m a bit confused as to whether or not I’m doing Kegels right. I read somewhere that the best way to condition the PC (or BC) muscles is to do Kegel holds while urinating, then stopping your piss mid-stream and holding the contraction for a while. I’ve been doing this for a while now, and I can really feel the contraction. I do Kegels also while stretching and I can feel the tug. Now my question (actually 2 questions):

1) How does one perform Kegels while not urinating or stretching? I try and do these, but I can’t walk around with my hand down my pants all day feeling if my dick is tugging, so there’s no way I really know whether I’m targeting the BC muscle or just contracting my glutes.

2) How does one apply Kegels as a means of (a) controlling ejaculation, and (b) maintaining erections or pumping blood into ones member?

I would appreciate any response from someone with the same query or someone that has a solution or explanation to offer.

1) Next time you kegel while urinating, make a mental note of what you feel, and where you feel the muscles contract. To kegel when not urinating, just imagine you are urinating and kegelling; do the kegels and try to get the same feelings. Make shure you’re focussing the feeling on stopping urinating not defecating - the ‘clenched buttocks’ isn’t really what you are looking for; focus the contraction in perineum (taint) between your legs behind your testicles.

2b) Kegel while you have an erection and it should be obvious. If you can’t feel it, form a thumb and finger ring and grip around the base of your penis fairly hard, then use a kegel to ‘force’ blood past the finger ring. You should feel it easily.
