Hey I’m new here.. I’ve been trying for weeks.maybe even months to try and register because Thunder’s had reached a limit of 125,000 something members.. Anyways I finally got in.. =) ..

So my question is about kegels.. It suppose to be the muscle that makes your dick jump up and down when you have a hard on right? Well what about you butt.. I mean I feel like I get tense back there.. So I was wondering.. Well you kegel is suppose to feel that way? Or are you suppose to only be make you dick go up and hold it, without ur butt tensing up?

You should be able to get some movement out of it when flaccid as well.

Ok thanks.. Now that thats covered.. When your tense your butt up isn’t there a slight possibility of developing hemorrhoids or something.. Since you are stressing the muscles back there?

So no one has answer to that or should I just not be worried about it?

I found the quote on a pregnancy site LOL! I can’t see it being much different for us men though.

Hemorrhoids are more likely to be caused by heavy straining when defecating.

Doing the mild butt exercises is perhaps more likely to strengthem the area and slow down the possibility of memorrhoids.
