I’ve been doing the newbie routine for about two weeks now, and have never been into PE before. I have read how I should progress jelqing and stretching, but what about the kegels? Now I do 50 kegels with 5 seconds hold - 7 seconds pause. After a while, should I take more reps, or just shorter pauses, or longer holds.. What do you think is best?
Any suggestions for what I should do after six weeks are welcome!:)
