Yes do both and try holds for as long as possible. when you reach 30 sec its really good.
But also train the muscles o nthe side and ABOVE your dick. When you concentrate on them(I detaield that in my previous post too) then you concentrate on the “more improtant” errection muscle. The IC.
The other way, on the underside, you are training the BC muscle. The BC muscle is the muscle that pushes through short and fast contractions the semen up.
To fight of cumming to early is basicly doing nothing. you want to relax totally. doing too much engages the ejaculation response.
when you feel it cumming then you want to engage in long holds to prevent the muscles “shooting”. At the start it will just drip out. the more you train these holds the more you can stop the contractions.
It is not so much about strength but about muscle-mind connection and control.
