Anyone know if its possible to gain length or girth by doing Kegels?

I’ve been doing kegels for 4 weeks and they really dont seem to work much at all.

Kegels are more for penile endurance and erection strength - EQ. They also help with controlling your orgasms, whether that be delaying or intensifying them. They also increase the efficiency of blood flow to the penis in general, perhaps more importantly, during erections. Kegels works in concert with other PE exercises. Much like various forms of physical exercise work together, like cardio, strength straining and yoga or stretching.

If you’re not feeling the effects of your current kegels routine, perhaps adding repetitions or duration of the holds. Maybe even try ‘kegel slams’ I think they’re called, changing the duration and intensity of those as well. Sometimes that’s all it really takes. The muscles maybe worked enough that you may not feel the effects, so adding intensity to your routine will certainly help you out.

Well, that can be a positive effect of kegels for sure but sometimes premature ejaculation has psychological components to consider. The muscles worked during kegels are exercised by contracting them, much like any other part of your body and with that comes strength and endurance of the muscle itself. So that’s what it’s about. It also can increase prostate health in general.

Another note, and I don’t know from experience but from what I understand, at some point, once you’ve gained high levels of control over those muscles, you can teach yourself to have ‘dry orgasms’ or even multiple orgasms. This of course would take time to master, I’m sure but it’s another interesting piece of the PE puzzle. I’m not really concerned with dry or multiple orgasms because I only need a few minutes and I’m ready to go again anyways…

Very good, my last question is do I kegel flaccid or erect? I find it 10x harder to do when its flaccid so I do it erect, but I’m not sure if it bad to do while erect.
