This workout I tried pushing blood into my penis just before I tighten the grip for each jelq stroke. I liked that way it went and was wondering if this is OK to do.

This is OK to do, specially if you have trouble getting an erection up to the 60% level.

I was finding I would get too hard if I tried to keep erection, or too soft if I tried not to be too hard. This seems to get me at the right state of erection. I guess I will keep doing it then.

That way makes the jelq more intense and more efficient IMO. Definately continue doing them.

I achieve a 60% erection or more easily, but after 5 Jelqs it softens up due to the mild soreness I feel from the Jelqs. Is there any solution that I may employ?

I used to find it difficult to maintain an erection during jelqing. I can keep it around 60-70 percent now the whole time, and I always kegel before each grasp/stroke.

Start: 6/30/2007 - (NBPEL 6.25", BPEL - 7"), (Mid EG 5.25") (Base EG 5 3/4")

11/10/2007 - (NBPEL 6.75", BPEL - 7.5"), (Mid EG 5.5") (Base EG 6")

Goal: 7.5 NBPEL, 6" Midshaft EG

I also use a kegel each stroke, I find that it makes the jelq easier.

Now why am I getting a 100% erection when I jelq ? -_-

Maybe because you are too excited? Try not to think about anything sex-related, try to focus on jelqing, and only jelqing.

Is there a way to measure the percentage of your erection?

I think you need to feel and see that yourself. Perhaps the best way to know when you have a +90% erection is when you have morning wood. The length and hardness will tell you.
