Kegel before each jelq

I am not 100% sure how the jelqing improves your size, but I guess it’s something to do with the blood flow, I was just wondering, would it be more effective doing a kegel between every jelq, as the blood pressure become much more intense but can feel like it’s going to pop as you jelq towards the head.

I personally do, jelqing at higher erections. Kegel, jelq; kegel, jelq; kegel, jelq.

I concur and do this during all my jelq sessions. I think braindrain does this as part of his “perfect jelqing” method.

The only way to jelq IMO (except for Cheeva jelqs).

Yes, kegel between jelqs is effective, but, you don’t want to over work the BC/PC muscle group either. So if you PE every other day this would be good providing you only do about 50-100 jelqs.

You also don’t want to feel it about to pop as you reach your head. You have lots of important nerve endings up there including the dorsal nerve on the top of the penis. Let the pressure go a bit as you reach the head. What good is a massive schlong if you can’t feel anything with it?

Jelqing basically works by forcing more blood through the veins and chambers of your penis - making them feel the need to expand and grow so that they can handle the new increased amounts of blood…

Thats how I do it too. But I dry jelq so it’s sort of more neccesary.
