You want a balanced pelvic floor. If your BC muscle is weak it might lead to eq loss. Then again people doing no kegels at all have good EQ’s

If you do rev kegels and loose EQ you stop it and either do kegels to rebalance or wait for your body to balance.

I don’t know if you guys have touched on this but if you perform reverse kegels with your manual stretches it can help you achieve a greater stretch. Try it, hold a reverse kegel and while holding do a downward or behind the cheeks stretch and you’ll feel the difference between a fully relaxed stretch and a reverse kegel stretch!
