Cause you can either just let go and piss off or you can force it continiously which is a reverse kegel.(note: not the spurts you can achieve with a pc/bc kegel)

The full bladder is the kegel. When you let it go, that is the “reverse” kegel. There is no “spurts”.

Yes, rest is important with kegels.. otherwise your EQ will suffer, especially if you go to hard with them.. moderate is always the best way to go.

I usually do kegel exercises in the morning and a ligher set before I go to sleep. It’s like meditation for me! focus on long in- out breathing with kegel/ reversed kegel synced with the breathing.. after iI feel so relaxed :-)

I used to do too many for too long and I lost all control and got a bad case of PM and ED, It was awful. I only do them when masturbating now which is not anywhere near often enough. I need to focus on breathing more and start masturbating several times a day like I used to be able to. I find it difficult to get firm enough though.
I think a lot of my problems area result of not having a girlfriend. I hate it. :(

Yes, breathing is very important when doin PE like any body training. The more relaxed you are the better results you get! So I like to do my PE like a meditation breathing combo wich works better for me to get more control and in a relaxed state during the sessions. The brain is powerful and the synch with the brain, heart & body will get the workouts to the way you want. I often do my PE with closed eyes, concentrating on bresthing and trying to feel and visually see the PE I do at the moment.. even when I do kegels!

It took me less than 2 years to get that lenght :-)

I’ll pass on that theory, thanks. It will be just my luck that I will seriously cause some internal injury from trying to force push out any faster/farther. I’ll just let go and relax instead. I’m in no hurry to empty my bladder at all ..it empties fast enough for me.

My way works just fine for me, thanks and I won’t be hurting myself ever again and ending up with severe PE and ED on account of it.:)

Yes, that thread is interesting! :-)

It’s one thing to do kegels erect compared to flaccid when exercising the IC. Especially with that technique he share..finding the “spot”, top at the base and around the base that get harder erections and better ejeculation control.

But the great challenge to have control is when you have sex!
It’s a combonation off many things to stop the ejeculation, not just using the muscle with power around the base of the penis.

I think every man works and think different and must find their own way and technique to last longer in bed.
But of course the daly exercise of the different kegel muscle is great for our health and stronger erections :-)

But when having sex it’s a complete different part. It’s about love & passion :-)

I found that to not over work those muscles is a very serious point to share here. There is nothing worse than loosing complete control of them due to staining them from over working. It is very depressing having gone from being able to stay erect from edging all night long to not being able to get a good semi only long enough to experience immediate un-controlable PE. Not being able to control those muscles like I could not to long ago is awful. I lost all of what little confidence that I used to have on account of it.

I think it is important to give those muscles rest and a lot of rest. I am going to try to only use them when needed and focus on making them work properly only then and let them rest. I am also going to try a very light and gentle exercise routine to help with blood flow. I am going to work on syncing my breathing which is the main problem I seem to have.
