Ok I’m ready to get started, saw the videos for streching/jelq. I’m now only wondering about the kegals.

It says to do 50 kegals of 5 seconds each, now does this mean for me to move the part in my penis that cuts the piss off 50 times holding it for 5 seconds each time? I have looked everywhere and havent found a video yet.

One more thing about the hot wrap.is heating a washrag in hot water a good idea for this and are there any videos or anything else to show me what to use. Or do I just heat up a rag and hold my penis with it for 5 min.

One more thing, is it safe to do length and girth workouts daily together? Where do I find the girth beginner workout out?

Jelqs work on girth and length, probably all a newbie should be doing for girth. Stretches focus mainly on length.

Sounds like you found the PC muscle, that is correct, it’d be rather hard to make a video of this.

Warming up a washrag under hot water is one of many good ways to warm yourself up, just make sure the water isn’t too hot.

Thanks alot man.. I’m not so worried about my girth I just want to add and inch or so and ill be happy, then I want to work on my girth. I read in the hangers forum from biggirtha that if your work on your girth first that it may be harder to get the lenth because it’s easier to make something skinnier longer than something wider longer. So what should I do if I stricly want to work on length?

Focusing on stretches would be good. But all the experts suggest the newbie routine to condition your penis. I don’t think stretching alone will condition you enough to move on to hanging, which would be great for length.

Personally I’d jelq as well the first couple months and not worry too much about girth hurting your length gains. I think the main idea is not to start doing extreme girth exercises such as clamping as this could be detrimental to future length gains.

I also jelqed the very first few days I started PE. Gained length and girth so I’m happy :)
