wow it will really do all rhat sounds great I can only hold it for 3seconds at once and when my penis is very limp doesn, t feel like iam holding it at all

Make sure you warm up your PC muscle first then make sure you squeeze as hard as you can each contraction and keep breathing.

What is the PC muscle? And how afften should I do the excsice to master it?

It’s the muscle between your anus and penis and if you do them at least five days a week for 2 months it should be strong enough so you can hold back your cum. It took me around 2 months to master mine now I can hold my contraction for 2 minutes long

How do you warm up the PC muscle ? And for kegal you say 5 days a week so how about per day ?

I don’t warmup when i do my kegels outside of my PE sessions. But I have a strong muscle and have done kegels for a long time..

Warmup your kegel with just doin 10 fast (not hard squeezes) then rest 30 seconds to a minute.. and repeat 3 times. Then begin your kegel exercises!

Remember to take restdays when you rest from kegels completly!
