Hi,
I am new to PE and also new to this site (forum). Just about an hour ago I started the Newbie Routine. I stopped halfway through the jelqing. I wasn’t sure if I was doing it right (even though I was watching the video) and I didn’t know what a regal was. I came across a definition but I need a visual. Is there a kegal video out there? I couldn’t find one. I also stopped because I became skepical.. So, I tried find proof that this actually works in the “Member Pics” forum. There really weren’t any before and after pics, but there were some pictures that shifted me into the legit boundry. I have researched PE and most of the sites said they are all hoaxes. Except for ‘excercises.’ They couldn’t say that the exercises didn’t work or that they actually could work. The only way to prove it to myself is to try it myself. I am going to try it and take some pictures and get correct measurements. I just want to start off on the right foot. It seems to work for everyone else and some of the pictures show proof of that (if they weren’t altered with Photoshop, but you usually can tell). It seems as if this is really time consuming and takes great commitment to achieve your desired length. The videos have really helped me to understand how to perform the exercises, but I guess I’m alittle scared that I won’t do it right and end up not being able to do PE exercises. I have some questions: Do you have to be flaccid when you perform the manual streches? Is the length you achieve permanent? When can you excuse the Newbie Routine and go to more experienced exercises? What are the experienced exercises?

I hope these questions are redundant and I hope they aren’t annoying either. Thank you for your time. Thank your for this FREE site. Thank you for not taking advantage. Thank you for your help. Also, sorry for my sloppy typing.

Most stretches if not all are performed flaccid. Gains will come but if you stop PE’ing, they could possibly go away. You have to “cement” the gains by keeping to the exercises.

Are you going for mainly girth or length? Some advanced girth exercises would be clamping and horse440’s, I wouldn’t even read how to do them until you condition your penis enough to handle them. Staying on the newbie routine..I’m not sure, you would have to ask the other guys, I would say a month maybe more.

Good advice, But I would say 3 months or more to get used to PE enough to handle the tougher exercises, but that all depends on how much you PE of course.

There are many threads on kegels, they will take a while to get used to - don’t worry about them, if you stay on this forum it will all become apparent in due time. The same goes with the jelqing, just wing it untill you understand more. You will eventually learn how to do it and it will become second nature - nobody gets it dead right at first :)

I never knew the answer to the length newbies should stay on the Newbie routine. I stayed probably until about a couple of weeks ago (about 2 1/2 - 3 months) when I started clamping. I remember first doing jelqing, I felt so strange, so many thoughts going through my mind. “Will this work, what’s it doing, am I doing it right?” etc. Like PEst said it all becomes second nature, you know how you drive a car, without thinking you signal (I do anyways), you’ll get in the shower one morning and just start doing it, look down and wonder when you started it. Maybe not lol but it becomes easier, just make sure you take your time and as the other guys say “listen to your dick”, although it might be easier to watch it. ;)

Thanks for your responses! I want to enhance length and girth. So, if I want to keep my length of, let’s say, 8 inches, then I have to do the exercises forever to maintain that length? It is going to be hard for me to get into the habit of doing these exercises. What if, while performing the manual stretching, you get a full erection? What do about that? Also, I’m still alittle confused with kegal and probably stressing it too much. Thanks again.

EmpireSB Ill see if I can help you out.when you clinch your butt cheeks together,say like to stop a fart from wasting the room or something,you are performing an extended kegel.When you PE squeeze your butt cheeks once and notice the way your penis flinches?Thats because you”ve just kegeled a small amount of blood into your unit.Does this expalnation help you at all?I hope so!

Welcome to the forums Ralph. PE does take time and concentrated effort. It doesn’t take a lot of “maintenance” exercises to keep your gains, but getting where you want to be might take some time.

Some exercises require a certain level of erections and some are best done flaccid. If you get an unwanted erection (this often happens to newbies) then you just have to wait until it goes away before you start again.

Have you ever stopped pissing in midstream? If you have then you know how to kegel. Just whenever you take a leak (every time) try to stop the flow a couple times. Eventually you’ll learn how to use your pc muscle and it will become eaiser and you won’t have to think about how to do it.

Okay, I think I did it.it flinched.. It doesn’t involve your hands, right?

Err, keep on getting full erects when I do the manual stretches .I have to let it go down after every 30 second stretch. Same thing with the jelqing. Do I have to warm ups while I wait for it to go down? Thanks.

I think you enjoy touching your dick too much ;) Try not to see PE as a sexual thing if you can help it, your dick needs discipline.
