Keeping off the smack (porn)
Despite my well intentioned plans of keeping off the smack, I gave in and went on a bit of porn binge. EQ went down the toilet. I think I was having some mild successes last a week or so ago when I woke up with a morning wood a couple of times, but that has gone now. Im 34 but been having EQ issues for a while now, since my late 20s. The other thing I plan to do is see a doctor and get a full check up.
How do you guys manage to keep off the smack? I find that I can do it for a while and then the need to get off comes back in avengence. Ive deleted my hard drive and stuff. One thing I am doing that helps a lot is having showers first thing in the morning and starting the day clean.
What do you guys do to stay on track?

Interim goal (ie. I would be highly satisfied with the following) BPE = 8.5", EG = 6.5" (at base), EQ = High
Long term goal (ie. It would be nice but I wouldn't be disappointed if I didnt get there and I wouldn't want to go beyond this)BPE = 9",EG = 7"
