Just finished a little stretching, and having searched to no avail was wondering how you keep your dick in a stretched state during the warm/cooldown? I use a rice sock for ten mins fore and aft and previously had sat down, do you keep it stretched out in one hand while you apply the sock with one or am I barking completely up the wrong tree lol?

Curious as to how to effectively maintain the stretched unit manually while warming down.

I always assumed you just let it sit there with a rice sock, it transpires I’m wrong you gotta keep it extended out over the 10min or so warm-down.

You don’t have to. The PE police will not come by and confiscate your gains if you do not. There are some who feel it is to your advantage if you do.

Another way of keeping your penis stretched is through Fowfers (or Bed Fowfers, if you’re going to bed after your PE session). In that case, you would not using the rice sock, of course.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I mean, after workout I’m guessing there’s an obvious plumping but will the plumping be enough to maintain a decent size during the warm down.

Without having to put in some manual pressure?

Stravier that’s what my post was about basically. I really really don’t need any more girth, it’s length I’m desperately after so I’m going to everything to maximise that so I will be doing this.

Haha dude your not understanding me. I was just curious as to why you do it and the whether you feel it’s more beneficial to do so, depending on your gain goals :)
