I see some of you guys got large girth , how r you keeping it? I jelq 10 minutes a day, an clamp 10 minutes a day. Was seeing good gains their for a few, then lost most an my erections aren’t as strong now , I do a one day on one day off . Any advice here . I’m not seeing good girth anymore.

I have kept my girth gains. It takes dedication. Regular penis exercising, gym exercising, eating right and a positive attitude. I sometimes change up my routine every other day just like I change my gym routine now and then since my body gets used to it.


Beginning stats 3/2010: BPEL: 6" Flaccid: 3.5" Erect Girth: 5.25

Stats as of 4/2018: BPEL: 8" Flaccid: 6 1/2" Flaccid Girth: 5.25 Erect Girth: 6 5/8"

I’ve kept gains to, I’m not new at PE I should say. I’ve just been jelqing for about a year in a half. An wasn’t showing much results anymore so I added in clamping, an at first had awesome gains , then I started to lose my new girth gains an EQ went down hard to stimulate. An I don’t feel that I’m over doing it. Any ideas?

Try wearing a cock ring after your clamping session. I have been wearing one all day the past two weeks except during exercise, showers, and sleep and I have definitely been much thicker because of it. I can’t say how much yet or if its permanent but I feel heavy and fat.

I started to waring a cock ring after PE. For bout 2 hrs, yeah it does keep it plump longer. Just need my EQ to come back. Can’t get rock hard no more.. Ur pretty big. How long you been PE. An how long it take you to get to Ur stats now

Sounds like you need to cut back a bit koko, at least until EQ comes back to normal. The clamping over stressed your dick. Cut out the clamping until EQ comes back to normal, then try adding it in again either less frequently or shorter duration, you might try 2 minutes…and if that is good, try increasing by a minute each week, eg 3 minutes, then the next week 4 minutes, etc.

When you dial in the amount of clamping to the amount of recovery time needed, you will probably start to see gains again. You just added too much too fast. If you are getting great EQ, say at 4 minutes, but the next week when you go to 5 minutes, lets say by the 5th day, EQ is starting to drop…go back to 4 minutes.

If 4 minutes is working great for you, after a few weeks, you can try 5 minutes again. So just gradually add, keeping an eye on EQ. Always go back to the last productive routine when EQ fails. Keep good records so you can keep track of what worked and what didn’t. Slow sensible changes, with good records make it far easier to get good results.

Thanks for the advice I’ll try that.. So should I stick to the one day on one day off . R just see how I respond to it?
