Hey Everyone,

Is there any substantial benefit by keeping your unit from turtling after PE routines. If so, how do you do it successfully eg. Fowler, hanging.. I never have done anything after my sessions, and would like to know if I should be?

I put on a velcro strap, cock and balls.

Scotty: A brief answer to your question is YES. Most definitely. There is not a doubt in my mind that keeping your dick extended as much as possible right after and between PE sessions is the single most important thing you can do, especially right after hanging heavy weights, but also after any aggressive routine. The harder you work the penis the more it wants to shrivel up and heal inside your body. Don’t let it. If you do it will make stretching the internal structures even more difficult, not only that, but letting you dick heal up short can even cost you length, especially flaccid length.

It is not that hard to keep it from turtling. There are many good ADSs available now. I usually recommend the lead weights because that is what worked best for me and they are cheap and stealthy. Also, because I have an unusually thick flaccid girth I can wear them without wrap, which is the easiest and most convenient way to wear any ADS, but some guys have a problem keeping them on without wrap. However, I am also having some very comfortable AFTER sessions with the AutoExtender, but I have a lot of private time and have no need for stealth. Use the ADS of your choice, but use one, always. There is no reason for letting your dick turtle up inside the body to heal other than laziness.

Search Fowfers. There has been a ton of stuff written on this very simple but effective technique. Just the stuff I’ve written alone will keep you reading for a while. You should never sit anywhere in private that you are not sitting on your dick. You can Fowfer in your car, and even while you sleep.

I guess it’s just one more thing to add to my Pe arsenal. I can’t believe I’ve been on here for four months, and I’m still learning something new almost every time I log on. Maybe that means I should be reading more, and putting more effort into it.

There is no substantial benefit to stopping nature’s course. Its completely foolish, your flaccid is what your genetics made it and that is the end of story. Your PE routines will have a large influence on your erect size but to fool around and try to stop natures response is idiocy. It is not required to gain size, sometimes the smallest flaccid can be the biggest erect, there is no correlation between flaccid size and erect size. To somehow keep a unnatural position of the penis after a workout would be the same as somehow holding your bicep in an enlarged position after 3 sets of curls, its just ridiculous.

For some reason people have it in their heads to keep a bundle of socks in their shorts at all times inorder to feel like a man. This is just the ego unbridled and out of the barn.

I don’t know where your coming from with this hole socks in the shorts thing, because I have only heard jokes and stories about that, I don’t actually know anyone who’s actually done it - think you’ve been watching too many movies.

Also a guy’s flaccid size is important to him, even though it doesn’t always have a bearing on erect size. Tell me when you started PE and your flaccid increased, you didn’t feel better. Or more confident just fooling around with your woman, or whatever.

Actually holding the bicep in its enlarged position is NOTHING like keeping your penis elongated, the penis doesn’t flex…if you haven’t noticed, it is so your penis does not heal itself in a turtled position.
