I would just ad , as a weight lifter of many years , that the correlation made using the bicep muscle is not accurate at all . The practice of flexing the muscle between work sets in a workout is one of the most beneficial intensity raising techniques you can use , and will result in some serious muscle growth . It is referred to as flushing .

After an intense jelquing session, I personally tie an inch long cloth around my penis in a knot and then get a hard on, and the harder it gets the tighter I make the knot, but not too tight, and then just continue my day or evening until I feel that I’ve had enough, has anyone else done this?I’ve personally seeen substantial gains from this

Does one have to buy these weights from the site, or can one, say, go to the plumbing section of a hardware store and look for some rings? I, for example, got a cable cuff cheaper at a hardware store than what they sell it for on the site.

Golf weights suck. The hole is too small, they are not heavy enough, they pinch, but they are very attractive for the holidays. Even one of Monty’s weights are better than a shit load of golf rings. But I guess they are better than nothing, that is they will do in a PINCH ;)

An “inch long” piece of cloth wouldnt fit around your dick….surely??

Substantial gains? What gains do you attribute to this method?

Also could you explain this method a little more?

BigGritha, would you say just doing kegel exercises and trying to maintain a small though noticeable erection would provide the same result as an after-session? So where do I get weights? Girtha said that golf weights were not that great. So can I buy these other weights at store or do I buy them online?
