I agree that the laws of elongating collagen and/or connective tissue are probably very different than those that apply to enlarging muscle. But T has a point, and I am guilty of this also. PE is not an exact science, and very little if any of these methods we use are legitimately substantiated. No one really knows for sure if any of this stuff works long term. I personally feel it does, or else I wouldn’t spend so much time at it. However we do know some things, that being the methods that seem to get results as opposed to the one that don’t. When vets agree on something for years, there is a pretty good chance that there is something to it other than just unsubstantiated bullshit, as it is often called :) Not all vets agree with the healing while extended, or with the open wound theory. Even Thunder has expressed that he feels that the dick should be allowed to do what it wants to during sleep, and he could very well be right on this. I personally feel keeping these micro-tears elongated while they heal as an effective methodology. Perhaps I take it a little far with the “Never let it Turtle” bit, but I honestly feel this is important, and I believe it has brought me gains. But perhaps I too should add the disclaimer IMO especially when making suggestions to Newbies. Most of my opinions are drawn from what I have learned from pioneers such as Bib, Fow and Uli, and I also get a lot of feed back from my doctor, but still, my opinions are just that, my opinions. But my gut tells me I am right on this turtling issue, this is why it is in my sig, but perhaps I should add IMO to my sig as well, or perhaps, The Gospil According to Girtha. ;)

You are completely clueless with regard to this dynamic. When tissue is excessively stretched or deformed it does not require a traction device to make the action permanent. In my opinion, keeping your penis in the elongated state after a workout seems to be common sense for me. To me, this correlates with the theory of an ADS, the longer you were it usually correlates with the better your gains. Therefore, after a workout or in between workouts it would be good to keep your penis in an elongated state. This, to me, would keep tension on your penis for a longer period of time to help your gains. In my opinion, I do believe you should allow your penis to do whatever it wants at night as that is safe and also natural. Furthermore, who likes the site of a turtled penis, natural or unnatural, keep it stretched whether its an ego buster or not!

Regarding the hanging of light weight, 1/2 to 1 pound, in between sessions. Is this effective even will sitting down? Currently, I am working on a project at work and it requires me to sit at my desk a lot. I fell some tug and I know it is not as effective as a complete hang, but I wanted someone else’s opinion on the effectiveness.

xtendeddick: I agree, the weights are not as effective while sitting. When I’m working in my office and have complete privacy I use the AutoExtender between hang sessions, which sticks out like some sort of medieval torture device, but otherwise works great. If there are people in the house who might walk in on me I just do Fowfers. If I get up from my desk for anything, I slip on one of the pe weights to wear while running around the house. When I drive I do road Fowfers and when I run or power walk I wear all three weights under my sweats. I also wear the three weights when I swim laps. From the hot tub (104 degrees) to the pool (60 degrees), the lead quickly warms or cools to the ambient temp. But no matter what, I always keep my antenna extended.

Big Girtha, thanks for the information. I am actually trying to get back on a regular routine. I going strong about a year and a half ago and gained about 1/2” erect length and 1/4” in girth. For three months straight I jelqed and used my Penimaster, that can be painful. After that I have slacked off some and lost a little length, down to 7” instead of 7.25”. Now I have the time, I have seen the results, and am ready to reach my goals of 8.5 x 6. I am starting out slow, jelqing in the shower in the morning and after school. Then in between these sessions I wear a 1/2 pound weight to keep from turtling. I cannot wait until three months pass to do some measuring!
