Keep me on track

I need help staying on track. Like a personal trainer but with the exercises. This is my first time posting. So please give me some advice. Thanks

Starting 20/02/2013: NBPEL 6 inches; EG 5,85 inches

Current : 7.2 NBPEL

Second Goal : NBPEL 8 inches; EG 6 inches

BPEL 7"- NBP 5.1/4"- BEG 6"- MEG 5.5" need to lose 60lbs to kill my pad!! How much length can I get if a lose 60lbs?

My Advice is don’t be so O.C.D about the routine. You miss a day then its no big deal just keep going, choose the Newbie routine or 1-2 exercises and work on them don’t make it complicated. and use some sort of progression. Reason I brought this up is because I find Powerlifters/Bodybuilders/Pe’ers/Runners and so on have a bit or lot of O.C.D about them and miss 1 day and think oh better start again but on Monday :)

It helps me if I make sure to set time aside each day. If I don’t have time that I know I will be able to do PE then I either forget about it, procrastinate, or feel guilty when the day is over and I didn’t get my exercises in, then feel like it’s a chore when it interrupts a busy day.

It’s much more encouraging to know I will have time right after work or before bed tomorrow night and plan on doing nothing else for that 30 mins or so. Every time I have ever started any type of body exercise or workout plans and I relied on just exercising “when I feel like it”, I found myself forgetting or losing interest. The one’s that I plan for each day ahead of time I have managed to stick with until they lose effectiveness.

This made me laugh a little more than it should have. The actual quote is one of my favorites so I find this version quite encouraging.

I didn’t know Bruce lee put his dick in a teapot.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Take anything and everything that DutyQuest has posted with a large grain of salt.

Staying on track comes with experience. You might not stay on track the first few times, but if you want it bad enough you’ll improve your habits until it becomes an automatic response.

Don’t overdo it, spend lots of time in the injury forum, particularly do a search for ‘jelq injury’ or something similar and try to avoid what these people did. Take things easy and slow in the first three months.

Thank you all for your input. This will really help me keep motivated. And could you guys maybe post some of your success stories and routines so I have something to base myself on and set realistic goals and see what works best for me? Thanks
