I’m currently doing (what I think is) the Newbie Routine, with 100 jelqs at low erection level and 10 30-second stretches.

I don’t want any more girth though, except for a bit at the base to even out the baseball bat.

Do you think just stretching alone would give me good length gains?

Yes it will. That is what I am doing. Generally speaking you dont do jelqs for length gains so leaving them out wouldnt affect your length gains. Also stretches are entirely for length gains so that is really all you need to do if you’re looking only for length.

I rarely if ever stretch. Just jelq. I haven’t gained any girth.

Dwight am I understanding you correctly in that you have gained an inch in length in four months just from manual stretching?

Jelqing can give u either, but usually legth.

I think that light jelqing has a very positive effect on overall penis health, so it should be included in everyone’s routine! Stretch for length, but don’t leave out the jelqs. From what I have read in other posts, it seems like girth work has to be pretty aggressive for any gains, so light jelqing probably wouldn’t hurt, only help.

Good point WideLoad, that’s what I was kind of thinking.

I’d like to improve my erection quality and level so I think I’ll continue with the jelqs, but maybe bring them down in number to between 20 and 50.

I’ll be doubling the number of stretches from 10 to 20 though and see how I go length-wise.
