I may be leaving for the military soon and I’m pretty sure I won’t find time for jelqing in there, but I can’t manage to squeeze in 30 sec manual stretching sessions when I use the bathroom and about 5 min sessions in the shower. You think this will b enough for lenght gains? You don’t really need rest days for stretching (those are mainly for jelqing which tears the penis up literally) so ill be doing it every day. Thx

I think that I read somewhere on this forum, that you can loose girth that way. I’m not sure where.


Wishing and hoping for the best - yup your doing it wrong.

You should be fine… don’t think you will loose any gains with that amount of time. And in basic training you will not have that much time to do that unless you get up late at night to do it. But after basic you should be able to find some time to do your PE.

Yes thats fine, many people have gained with just manual stretches.

No you wont lose girth, thats just a false misconception.

5 mins of v-stretching
10 mins of jelqing then
5 mins of inverted v-stretcing
