Just stretches to gain lenght

Just stretches to gain lenght

I have no much time and, most of all, I’m not very constant to apply at jelq and all the rest.
My goal is to gain little lenght, secondary goal would be to be little bigger when flaccid but I think my problem in this case is my low blood pressure..
As I don’t want/need more girth (actually I’m about 5,5) could I only go through stretches?

If your doing them right, then just stretches alone should provide some gains in length. However, a larger variety of exercies will provide better results.

I only do stretches now and the gains keep coming.

How much stretch is doing the job for you?
How many sessions per day, how many seconds and how many sets?

7x3 minutes once a day.

My tips is BTC stretching. They are the shit.


Start: 17 cm (6.70") - Now : 19,2 cm (7.56") - Goal : 21 cm (8.27")

I don’t get how to do those BTC stretches.

I do them while keeping the leg up at the sink, and leaning a little backwards. The stretch gets more intense that way.
