I had a question about LOT, I know that the lower the LOT angle the harder you may have to work to see gains, and the higher the easier, I just stretched an hour ago or so and I was wondering if I should test lost now or if I should wait until later, or if it really makes a difference.. Thanks everybody.

IMO, LOT is not a predictor of gains. It’s not relevant at all unless you plan to hang (and maybe not even then).

Test it whenever you like; it probably won’t change much before and after your workout. Just don’t get psyched out if the number comes back low. What’s much more important than LOT is the stretchability of your tissues, which is probably mostly hereditary, and which nobody has yet figured out how to test.

I don’t think it matters. Just make sure you do it correctly. At high angles the tug back is very easy to see, but as you go to lower angles watch closely as you shaft will be flexing but not actually moving back. When your head stops moving back that’s it.

On a scale from 1-10(hardest) how hard should I pull the trouble maker for a more accurate reading.. Last question..

Just enough to overcome the elasticity of the tissues. Maybe 1 or 2 pounds of force.
