Well, after looking around on here today it looks like these methods are really working..
I want to concentrate on overall gains but if possible I want to focus on girth mainly at first
However it looks like clamping is something I shouldn’t get into until months of doing P.E..

I’m just wondering what is a good routine for a newbie? (And if I want to throw in some girth p.e. What is good for a newbie?)

300 Wet Jelq
10 min stretching? (1 min, down 1 min, side 1 min etc?)

Start here. And welcome to Thunders. Follow the newbie routine for 3 months before you even consider anything else. And remember, you have one penis, don’t hurt it. This is a long term commitment and if you try and rush you will cause an injury which will slow you down. Read and read and read, use the search feature, and if you truly can’t find the information you seek ask questions.

Make that 200 Jelqs till you condition your dick. After a month or so you may hike it to 250 and then subsequently 300. Girth will come with jelqing too. Give it a month or so and then you can start jelqing at higher erection levels. Rest is fine with you routine,IMO.


Walk slowly but never backwards.

I don’t understand how to condition the dick. I have never jelqed my dick but I’ve been doing sadsak exercise, and some stretching since I was 14, and now I am 30. Do you think my dick was conditioned enough? I am confused.

I’m just starting out as well. From the reading I’ve done, I’m going to start out nice and easy.

Here is the routine I will be starting with:
10 mins warm-up.
15 mins manual stretches.
15 mins jelqs.
5 mins warm-down. (Basically just applying heat)

Also - kegeling exercises at some point in the day.

I guess I’ll do the above for a month, and then assess.

Also - thanks for those posts Godofdeviltry and Sunshinekid. They helped.

avg_joe - I’ve been lurking around here for quite some time. This stuff really does work. The key is to take it nice and easy at first in order to allow your unit to adjust. There are a lot of nice people here - willing to help. In fact, I read just as many of the non-PE forums here as the PE forums.

I’m just now looking into the whole LOT thing.. Basically when I do the LOT test my penis stops “tugging” between like 6-7:30.. However I can see

Some movement in my ligs above my penis, it’s just not tugging back..

So would I benefit from stretching?

I just read that some of the biggest gainers are the ones with low LOT’s

?

Don’t put any value to the LOT theory.

Why not? It’s a simple way to tell if you’re going to make easy lig gains.

Supposedly upward stretching and fulcrum stretches hit the tunica, but I caution you: many guys have experienced extreme bruising and discoloration from working the upper angles. The accepted practice is to exhaust the lig gains made from stretching at the lower angles before concentrating on working the upper angles.
