Well, after looking around on here today it looks like these methods are really working..
I want to concentrate on overall gains but if possible I want to focus on girth mainly at first
However it looks like clamping is something I shouldn’t get into until months of doing P.E..
I’m just wondering what is a good routine for a newbie? (And if I want to throw in some girth p.e. What is good for a newbie?)

10 min stretching? (1 min, down 1 min, side 1 min etc?)
