Hello all. Thought id introduce myself and maybe get some tips. My BPEL is 7 and EG 5.5 . I’m 35 yrs old and over the last year or so, my erections have become weaker and weaker. I do smoke and am out of shape, but have recently cut back on the smoking and have joined a gym. I am underweight and I’m currently on a bulking schedule, so between working 2nd shift and working out 3 days a week/eating everything in sight.lol.I don’t have alot of time for PE. But I’m going to make the time.

I’ve been doing stretches for the last 2 years on and off and have gained a solid inch from it. But now I want to try some girth excersizes and hopefully get to the 6-6.5 EG range, maybe try for a BPEL of 8-8.5. The stretching wasn’t consistant, so I’m hoping being consistant creates new growth. I tested my LOT and found it to be 9. I take it thats good? I did try some jelqs yesterday, both dry and wet. I found I really HATE dry jelqs. Even wet jelqs are uncomfortable. Is there anything other than jelqs you would recommend? Basically I’m looking for girth and somehow try to regain the quality erections I had when I ws in my 20’s. I’m sure the length will be easy once I get some consitancy in my PE. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Oh and BTW, nice forum, glad to be here. Take care!

Wouldn’t concern yourself with LOT personally. Try warming up before jelqing to make it more comfortable, even enjoyable. A good lubricant is also a help. Jelqing is one of the best exercises we have available, I would advise to continue jelqing even if you perform other girth exercises.

Pagirth! Since you have been only stretching, jumping to girth rouitnes is not advisable as most of them fall in the “Advance exercises” category. Start with the newbie routine. Jelqs are very important as they ensure a very good circulation of blood. you need this at your age. Follow the rouitne for 3 months and once you have finished/ conditioned your dick, you could start with the advanced routines like clamping,Ulis, Horses etc.

Maitaining a healthy lifestyle is more than essential for good erections etc. You have made a good start by working out. Get a lot of proteins, carbs and permissible amounts of fat into your diet. Doing high Intensity workouts can help if you have low testosterone levels. You know all the blah blah right?

How many sticks do you smoke a day? whats your weight and height. There is a bodybuilding/fitness/supplements section here on thunders where you can post specific issues pertaining to health(apart from that of your penis:)

I also have problems with the dry jelq, just can’t do them.

Thanks for the advice guys. I smoke about a pack a day, which could be 16 on day and 24 the next. Rarely do I smoke 2 packs unless the day is particularly stressfull. My hieght is 5 ft 7, weight 137lbs.

Wdnuwndr, good luck on your goals. I have been blessed with my dick size, even though it’s not the biggest I’ve had no complaints and actually quite a few compliments. But in my mind it doesnt make me happy. Mainly girth. The length can stay and I wouldn’t worry about it. But for some reason my girth bugs me.

My only worrys towards PE and exercizing in general is time. I work second shift, 8 hours a day, but it seems I could stand to learn some time management skills. There seems to never be enough time in the day. I recently broke off a 4 year engagement and moved about 5 hours away to be cose to family. I have been having one hell of a time trying to get everything done in a day. I’m just hoping I can stick with this and the gym. My willpower hasnt been the greatest in the last month or two.

Second lesson: try to do as much things as possible at home.
