Hello all. Thought id introduce myself and maybe get some tips. My BPEL is 7 and EG 5.5 . I’m 35 yrs old and over the last year or so, my erections have become weaker and weaker. I do smoke and am out of shape, but have recently cut back on the smoking and have joined a gym. I am underweight and I’m currently on a bulking schedule, so between working 2nd shift and working out 3 days a week/eating everything in sight.lol.I don’t have alot of time for PE. But I’m going to make the time.
I’ve been doing stretches for the last 2 years on and off and have gained a solid inch from it. But now I want to try some girth excersizes and hopefully get to the 6-6.5 EG range, maybe try for a BPEL of 8-8.5. The stretching wasn’t consistant, so I’m hoping being consistant creates new growth. I tested my LOT and found it to be 9. I take it thats good? I did try some jelqs yesterday, both dry and wet. I found I really HATE dry jelqs. Even wet jelqs are uncomfortable. Is there anything other than jelqs you would recommend? Basically I’m looking for girth and somehow try to regain the quality erections I had when I ws in my 20’s. I’m sure the length will be easy once I get some consitancy in my PE. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Oh and BTW, nice forum, glad to be here. Take care!
