I just started the newbie routine yesterday. My question is how long should I stick with the routine? Also I was thinking about buying a stretcher. Should I wait and do just the newbie routine by itself for now or will I see better results with the combination of both?

Welcome, I would stick to the Newbie Routine for at least 3 months. Then you can add some more exercises that work for you. I would combine the jelqing with manual stretches at first until your unit gets use to it. Read as much as you can on here, there is so much to learn. Also make sure you stick to a routine because it may take time to get results. Everybody here is different. I hope this helps and good luck.

You should do the newbie routine for as long as it gives you gains. Dont change what works.

As for the stretcher, leave it for now. Dont worry about gadgets, your hands are fine for now :)
