im trying to get informed so i can get the best programs
ive started jelquing one week ago
i do like 5 minutes of stretching and 20 of jelquin at 70 to 80 percent erection
im not doing the warm wrap… is that ok??? does this nterfeers a lot in the results.???
but the great question is
im getting a lot of red spots, they r very small but they are like ten to twelve
should i stop?? am i jelqin too hard???
cant i damage my unti???
i was very excited abou PE, now im thinking right about my health
what cares should i take??
