I am going to start with the exercises but what should I start out with to take it nice and easy and not too much at the beginning? Also I masturbate also once every night. Should I shut that down to like 3 times a week or something?

Masturbate all you want it doesn’t do any harm. Just don’t over do it, When I masturbated allot I wore out the old boy and then healing became a problem after jelqing/stretching.

Start with the newbie routine and yes take it slow, I wouldn’t move onto any other exercises until you stop growing with the newbie routine or you’ve haven’t grown at all after a few months. Good luck.

Search “New newbie routine” or “linear routine” if you want to take it slow.

I would recommend slowing down the masturbating to give your penis more time to recover. It will need to adapt to quite a different kind of handling than it is used to. Well at least I assume that much. All the best!
