Hey there, been a member for a while reading and gaining information from this board. Really good source of information and thank you to everyone for participating and sharing knowledge.

So I’m going to start up PE for the first time. Some basic information on me: I’m 5.75 x 4.25. So basically average based on most research I’ve done. No complaints with my size, but I have always felt like I was lacking a bit compared to where I would “ideally like to be”.

My goal is 7 x 5 which seems like it could be attainable based on what I’ve read. If anyone has input on if that is a realistic goal based on their experience I’m all ears.

Going to start with the Newbie routine and go from there. Anyways, just wanted to chime in and say hello.

Take pictures of you can. I’m on stealth mode so I am unable to take pictures and I don’t like it.

Quick follow up question.. Typically how long do you think it would take someone to hit these goals? Months? Years?

My guess is 3 years.

If I may make a suggestion, try not to focus on the end goal too much. It won’t be a linear path; you might not grow for a month or two, and then get growth in the next month. I would focus more on the EQ benefits and the enhanced erections that accompany proper jelqing. This way, the time won’t seem tedious, you won’t get frustrated if you pick up the ruler and don’t see progress, you’ll treat your penis with care, and you will have a healthy beneficial technique that most people don’t know about.

If you are doing PE only for the size and don’t enjoy the journey, you will not succeed for long. If you enjoy the journey, and the EQ benefits and other nice effects, then you will succeed for life. If you want proof of having the right mindset, there is a thread by someone named Wadzilla, who failed to realize the obvious fact that if you don’t maintain/improve something for 3 years, it will deteriorate in some way.

Good advice. I was in this for the obvious size benefits but it’s good to know there are other positive effects. Thank you.

Update: just finished my 3rd session of the newbie routine. Did the first two sessions in the shower at the gym (private showers obviously). Did a session at home and was really able to get some good work in. However that won’t be the norm as privacy for me is limited.

So far so good. Not going to measure frequently but flaccid wise things look good.

Speaking of measuring profess what is a good interval for that?

It depends. If you aren’t doing but a routine 2 or 3 times a week due to privacy concerns, don’t measure for a month. I say that because frequently measuring and seeing no gains (because PE takes ages) is subconsciously a demotivator. It gives you a better chance to actually get your progress and it takes the focus off the ruler. (a lesson I myself relearn regularly)

Guys with time and luxury of a big gear budget and privacy measure weekly or biweekly because if they are working more and longer they see results sooner.

Like another poster said, getting hung up on the ruler is how folks lose themselves, lose progress, lose motivation.

Consistent routines, no matter how small, are how results are achieved. Stay motivated. Appreciate the side benefits, like erection quality, frequency, bigger flaccid hang, and other things and when you measure and see progress it’ll be the cherry on top of a cake you already are enjoying.

Also, as for time to reach goals? Varies. Stay diligent and you’ll reach yours before long. Staring sizes and physical condition and just potential from person to person vary too much to generalize. But 3 years is on the long side for your goals. Likely sooner but…you are the ultimate person to decide how long it will take.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also Fitness helps too.

Thanks thoughtfulgold. That makes total sense and gives me a great template to follow. Really appreciate your opinion.

I need to clarify something with my initial measurements. My EL was non-bone pressed. Didn’t have a ruler so just used some soft measuring tape. Will do a bone pressed measurement soon and post that measurement on this thread.
