I’m just starting, 2nd day. Here’s my routine right now.

In a very hot shower:

5min. Warm-up
3x40 Jelqs (plan to work up 30-50% increase in reps over the next two weeks).
I’m really just experimenting with the stretches, I know their important and could use some advice as far as time, reps and intensity. From what little I know to this point, I feel like I’m getting good flex and stretch out of the few A and V stretches I do, the other stuff just feels like I’m pinching my head and yanking.

My concern here.

I read a thread that was a bit worrisome regarding CREEP and plastic deformation. It all sounded very reasonable, but I have no intention on getting an ADS or a hanging device (just don’t have more than 30-45mins. To do this stuff right now) and this post suggested that the real reason behind gains was the hours spent after the work out session with penis stretched for long periods in ADS or hanging device. Is hanging and/or ADS an absolute must to realize gains? Are there some success stories on here strictly from modest manual exercises?


Also can someone post a link to how to do A and V stretches? Thanks in advance

Thanks Skepticall. Maybe I will notice less tugging and slipping with these stretches.
