Just starting again, need help and advices

Hey everyone, I was wondering if you could help me out. I’ve been doing penis exercises for a lot of time now, but not consistently. But I’ve set this as a goal and I’m going to be serious about it. I’m doing 10 mins of warm up, stretching left/right/forward/up with 30 kegels, with helicopters between the sides, then 2 times left/right/forward/up/down stretch for 30 secs on each side, then 300 jelqs in one take, then 10 min warm down. I haven’t used bathmate or anything. I’m really low in girth and I need your help. I have 13 cm/5.1 inch in length, I haven’t measured my girth but it is really small, when I look at it from above it looks big but when I check myself from the side, in front of the mirror it looks horribly small. I do 1 day on/off. My current short-term goal is 16 cm/6.3 inch and any improvement in girth would be amazing. Really looking for help, any would be appreciated, I’m really insecure about my penis size and it’s ruining my dating life.

Sorry it’s your brain, not your penis size, that ruining your dating life. If you feel like your size is ruining your dating life I would work on my brain first.

I have the confidence, I’m a good looking guy, with a good looking body and everything, and the girls expect me to pull out a 9 incher :D And it often disappoints them, and this is just one of my few insecurities which I’m working on removing, and I would really love advices from you guys here

And you know the girls expect you to pull out a 9 incher how? I think the girls would prefer a nice dinner, maybe a movie or walk on the beach way before a 9 incher. They really don’t think like that but porn tells you they do.

Girls don’t expect dudes to pull out big dicks. That’s ridiculous. If you couldn’t tell what size boobs a girl had until she took off her shirt, would you expect to see large ones? Yeah, maybe 15-20% of the time. In your mind you would be thinking, I hope she isn’t flat chested. Same thing for girls. They’re hoping it’s neither too small nor too big. The rest they can work with.

I’m insecure about my girth too, and I’m sure all my partners would have been happier with a thicker penis, but that fact didn’t ruin my dating life. I’ve had plenty of enjoyable sex with a penis on the wrong side of average.

Girls know it’s the luck of the draw, and they don’t hold it against you if you aren’t big. Most are perfectly fine with average or even below average. When a girl decides to sleep with a guy, it’s because she’s attracted to him. When the penis comes out, it’s rare for a girl to change her mind all of a sudden, since that would mean that she didn’t like the guy very much in the first place. Girls have higher standards for who they give it up to. If dick size was such an important element, they would probably demand to see it first before going any further.

Penis should give signs, even on inconsistent attempts. If you had no signs at all, I would blame on technique because it takes time to pick it up.

It’s normal to look thinner from a side view. Most of us are oval, elliptical shaped. This shape favors width than depth.

A lot of us have felt the same way and gained but the most important part is changing your mindset regarding yourself and understanding it’s more of a problem for you than anyone you sleep with.

Your routine sounds good just slowly increase time and intensity and you should gain length and girth.

The only signs of progress I’ve had was on performance, but not on size. I always get better erections, last longer and feel orgasms better after a consistent 1-2 weeks of exercises. I’ve done a 3 months beginner routine a few months ago, however, as I said, no progress on size. :/ I also try to do Nofap, which is basically no masturbating, I don’t know if it affects the penis growth, I’ve tried edging for a few months back in 2018, but felt like it’s ruining the nofap thing and stopped. I’ve also been doing Uli exercise for a month, I felt like my penis is actually getting thicker, but I had a lot of red dots and felt like it’s too advanced for me, so I went back on the beginner routine. I’ve been also looking for nutrition, I eat everything I’ve read is healthy for the penis and the blood flow, I’ve taken L-Arginine last year for 2 months, I regularly go to the gym, so yeah that’s pretty much it as my story with penis exercises. :D

Usually growth appears soon after.

What we have to consider is that you could be an girth gainer type of person. Maybe few millimeters just sneaked in and you didn’t realised, since you didn’t tracked your girth.

Hey Royalknight

My advice is as follows:
Phase 1
First: keep the nofap thing. Stay away from porn completely.
Second : get get your best hard and measure bone pressed length standing, and girth standing and sitting (may vary). Take careful accurate notes.
Third: create a log of what you do. In the mid-long term it will give you matter for analysis.
That log should include moderate goals like stepping stones. Your current goal is such a size leap forward that may discourage you if you gain 2 millimetre in 3 months.
Example if you have 13 cm, set a goal for 13.5cm. That´s the goal now. It´s only 5 millimetres. Even if only getting 2 millimetre a month, the goal will be achieved very soon.

If you tried that combined newbie routine before without much success, I´d approach this from a different angle to give you some starting motivation.
I´d go with the basic: length first, then girth.
My log over the past year shows my length progress slowed or halted when I added regular girth work so assuming length will be harder to get when you have a fat penis, lets focus in length first.
Additionally, many hold (me included) that the lengthening of the shaft through using extenders or manual stretches, set you up for easy girth gains later.

So fourth: I´d create new routine based in extender and stick to exclusively that for some months. My log seems to indicate I gained more length when exclusively focusing in extender,
My best results were by doing 10-12 hours a day with very low tension,(400-700grams) as opposed to less hours with more tension (+900grams).
Also seems like 1 day of 12 hour would be much better than 2 days 6 hours, so I would aim to doing strict long extender sessions and sum as many hours as possible.

I can nearly guarantee you are going to gain at least 1 millimetre each 100 hours. Maybe 1 millimetre/70 hours if you are lucky. 3millimetres should be yours in 1 month. 1cm in 3-4months.

By the time you have elongated your penis like that, the girth work will give you awesome results. Clamp and pump will make your girth skyrocket . At least that´s my experience.
That would be phase 2.

I´ve gained 1.2cm in 10 months or so, but I had to halt PE for penis surgery(frenulectomy), which took 2.5months , and I did another 10 days pause.. So from those 10 months, mostly only 7 were actual PE, with lots of experimentation, bib, bathmate, air pumps, extenders, manuals.. I gave each a 2 months chance to give me results and extenders made the best effect in my case. Clamping for girth is absolutely effective as nothing else I tried. So I gained under 2 millimetre a month, but the pace seems to be optimized now and I see much more results now than a year ago.
